Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 225 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 10 gram Baking Powder

TO MOIST CAKE

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp coffee

FOR SAUCE

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 & 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 70 gram Chocolate
  • 10 gram Butter

Instructions
 

FOR THE CAKE

  • Beat 3 eggs with sugar until double in size (it will take 4 to 6 minutes)
  • When the egg double in size then add oil and milk beat for one minute.
  • Now mix dry ingredients
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

TO MOIST THE CAKE

  • Make holes in the cake with a skewer. Mix milk with coffee powder and pour it on the warm cake.

FOR THE SAUCE

  • In a pan add milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour mix well, and cook on low flame until thicker and smooth like custard.
  • Remove from heat now add chocolate and butter mix well.
  • Pour on the cake and let it rest for at least two hours or until set.
