Hey there, fellow baking enthusiasts! Ever wanted to whip up a quick and delectable vanilla cupcake but realized you’re out of butter? Don’t fret, I’ve been there.
When I first started my baking journey, cupcakes were my initial challenge. I mean, who doesn’t love a good cupcake? They seemed more daunting to me than baking a whole cake. The key? Making sure everything’s at room temperature and not rushing through the steps.
As time went by and my kitchen saw more flour clouds and cocoa splatters, I began to play around. Different ingredients, diverse techniques—you name it. My quest for the perfect recipe led me to a delightful revelation. An easy-breezy Vanilla Cupcake without Butter!
And guess what? This recipe doesn’t require the usual butter but instead uses oil. The best part? No need to drag out that electric beater. A simple spoon or whisk does the trick. Mix away!
Oh, and before I forget, there’s a sweet surprise. The sugar crunch on top? It’s the cherry on the cake, creating that crave-worthy cracking structure that’s not just a treat for the taste buds but a feast for the eyes too!
Happy baking, everyone! 🧁

I was out of gutter but really wanted to make cupcakes so I used this recipe last night. I was kind of worried they wouldn’t turn out and I thought the amount of oil was suspicious so only put like half of it. I baked them at 350 for about 30 minutes and they turn out so good.
I loved this recipe! Smelt amazing after taking out of oven and was so so delicious! 100% recommend!!
