For the Cake
- 3 Eggs
- 150 gram Sugar
- 200 ml Oil
- 200 ml Milk
- 225 gram All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 10 gram Baking Powder
FOR SAUCE
- 400 ml Milk
- 50 gram Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 & 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 70 gram Chocolate
- 10 gram Butter
FOR THE CAKE
Beat 3 eggs with sugar until double in size (it will take 4 to 6 minutes)
When the egg double in size then add oil and milk beat for one minute.
Now mix dry ingredients
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
FOR THE SAUCE
In a pan add milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour mix well, and cook on low flame until thicker and smooth like custard.
Remove from heat now add chocolate and butter mix well.
Pour on the cake and let it rest for at least two hours or until set.
