Ingredients
- 7 g Gelatin
- 15 ml Lukewarm Water
- 250 ml Whip Cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
Directions
- Place gelatin in a cup and pour water in it mix well let it stand 3-5 minutes or until gelatin is softened.
- Place a pan over low heat add whip cream, milk, and sugar, Continue stirring about 5 min until sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is steaming (do not boil). Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Add gelatin Whisking constantly, Once the gelatin is completely dissolved, divide it into 2 glasses or 4 small cups.
- Refrigerate until fully set; 4 to 6 hours.
