Oreo Chocolate dessert

Ingredients

FOR THE BASE

  • Oreo 16 pieces
  • Butter 2 tbsp

FOR THE CREAM MILK

  • Milk 500ml
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • cornflour 3 tbsp
  • Oreo cream
  • Butter 2 tbsp

FOR THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • cocoa 1/3 cup
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream 100

Directions

  1. Add Oreo to your food processor and pulse until broken into small pieces. Pour in melted butter while pulsing processor. Remove blades and use a spatula to mix the butter in completely.
  2. Transfer the mixture to your glasses and spread out with a spatula so the crumbs are evenly distributed on the bottom.
  3. In a saucepan add milk, sugar, cornflour, oreo cream, butter, and cook until thickened.
  4. switch off the flame and add cream and mix well. Pour in the glasses and let it rest in the fridge until cold completely.
  5. In another pan add milk, sugar, cocoa, mix well and cook on low flame until thickened.
  6. Turn off the flame and add butter and cream mix well.
  7. Pour on the milk cream and serve chilled.
