Ingredients
FOR THE SEASONING
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin (Powder)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
FOR THE MARINATION
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 300 g Boneless chicken
VEGETABLES
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 White Onion
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
Directions
- Mix all spices and set aside.
- Add oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, in a bowl add spices and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken in it and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
- In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add chicken cook on a medium flame for about 8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan then add all vegetables and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
