  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Jam
  • 200 g Puff Paistry
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Roll out the creases in the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry filling into the middle of the rectangle and cover with another puff pastry.
  • Using a fork pinch the edges to seal.
