  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 medium Tomato (Diced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 3 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (Powder)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
  • As needed Ginger (Chopped)
  • As needed Coriander leaves


  • A handful of Coriander leaves
  • 3 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 /2tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • As needed Water
  • 200 g Yogurt


  1. In a wok add 2 cups of water, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then removes the skin of tomatoes and add chicken cook for 2 minutes then cover the wok and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. When the chicken is half done then add oil, red chili powder, green chilies, and cook on high flame.
  4. Now lower the flame, add yogurt, and mix well.
  5. When the yogurt water dries then add cumin powder, coriander powder, black paper, mix well, and cook on high flame until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander, serve with green raita and naan.


  1. Put the coriander, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, and grind until a paste.
  2. Mix the sufficient quantity in yogurt.
