- 80 g Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pond cake
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar

- In a heavy bottom, saucepan combine the butter, cream, and brown sugar over medium heat.
- Swirl the pan until the sugar has dissolved completely.(about 5 to 7 minutes)
- Turn off the heat add salt, and transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge.
For dessert
- Cut the cake in cubes and set aside.
- Whip the cream add sugar whip again until firm peaks
