Ingredients

For The Sauce

  • 50 g Butter
  • 120 ml Heavy Cream
  • 80 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pond cake
  • 250 ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

For The sauce

  • In a heavy bottom, saucepan combine the butter, cream, and brown sugar over medium heat.
  • Swirl the pan until the sugar has dissolved completely.(about 5 to 7 minutes)
  • Turn off the heat add salt, and transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge.

For dessert

  • Cut the cake in cubes and set aside.
  • Whip the cream add sugar whip again until firm peaks

Assemble

  • In a glass add pond cake, pipe the whipping cream, then pour sauce
  • Cool completely before serve.
