For The Sauce
- 50 g Butter
- 120 ml Heavy Cream
- 80 g Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pond cake
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
For The sauce
In a heavy bottom, saucepan combine the butter, cream, and brown sugar over medium heat.
Swirl the pan until the sugar has dissolved completely.(about 5 to 7 minutes)
Turn off the heat add salt, and transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge.
Assemble
In a glass add pond cake, pipe the whipping cream, then pour sauce
Cool completely before serve.
