Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton Boneless
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
- 3 to 4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 450 g Tomato (Diced)
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 Tsp Salt
Direction
- Boil mutton with salt until all water dries and mutton must be half cooked.
- In a wok add oil and transfer boiled mutton cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger and green chilies and cook for more 5 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes cover and cook for 10 minutes until tomatoes get tender.
- Uncover and cook until all water dries and tomatoes turned into smooth gravy.
- Now add black pepper and salt, serve hot with Roti.
