Mutton Namkeen Gosht

  • 1/2 kg Mutton Boneless
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
  • 3 to 4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 450 g Tomato (Diced)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
  • 1 Tsp Salt


  1. Boil mutton with salt until all water dries and mutton must be half cooked.
  2. In a wok add oil and transfer boiled mutton cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ginger and green chilies and cook for more 5 minutes.
  4. Now add tomatoes cover and cook for 10 minutes until tomatoes get tender.
  5. Uncover and cook until all water dries and tomatoes turned into smooth gravy.
  6. Now add black pepper and salt, serve hot with Roti.
