Ingredients
- As needed Cookie Dough
- For dusting All-Purpose Flour
- As needed Vanilla Icecream
- As needed Chocolate Fudge sauce
Directions
- Roll the dough into small balls. Place in muffin tins and push the center down with a rolling pin then set with fingers to create a “bowl” shape. Place in a preheated 180-degree oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and puffed around the edges.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes in the pan, otherwise, the cookie may collapse and leak out.
- After 10 minutes, remove from pan and let cool on a rack.
- To finish the cookies with seasonal flair, I love to drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the top.
