INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Minced Mutton
- 2 medium Onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin (Powder)
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp Bread Crumbs
Directions
- Grind onion, chillies, and garlic in the grinder and remove all water.
- Mix onion and all spices in the minced mutton and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
