Cream Caramel Mousse

Caramel Mousse Pudding Recipe – The quick and irresistible “Meetha” for any occasion and fatafat treat. Layered beautifully with plain biscuits and caramel cream, topped with caramel crunch to ignite the delicious taste till the last drop.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Whip Cream
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Pack Cream Caramel
  • Crushed Plain biscuits
  • As needed Caramel Crunch
  • 1 Tsp Gelatine

Directions

  1. Whip cream, sugar, and cream caramel until soft peaks.
  2. Add gelatine and whip for 2 minutes.
  3. Set crushed biscuits in the glass and pour the mousse over biscuits and create a smooth layer.
  4. Repeat the same process. Garnish with caramel crunch.
  5. Let it refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
