Chicken Tikka Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 200 g Boneless chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Tikka Masala
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Big Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 50 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • As needed Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with tikka masala, lemon juice, and oil.
  2. Cook this mixture in a pan on a very low flame till the chicken is very soft and tender.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked then remove cool the chicken pieces grind to a coarse texture or simply shread them
  4. Then add boiled potatoes, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and cheese
  5. You can add black paper as per your taste.
  6. Make round and flat cutlets of the prepared mixture then dip cutlets in beaten egg mixture coat with bread crumbs and fry cutlets till golden brown on medium to high heat.
