Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a microwave safe mug.
  • Mix all the ingredients. Mix well, especially the bottom so there are no dry bits stuck at the bottom.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Top with whipped cream.
