For the Crust
- 20 Oreo Cookies
- 40 g Butter
For Cheesecake
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 170 g Evaporated milk
- 200 g Milk Cream
- 1 tbsp Gelatine
- 3 tbsp Water
For The Crust
Add the Oreos to the food processor and pulse until broken into fine powder. Pour in melted butter while pulsing processor.
Transfer the mixture into your springform pan and spread out with a spatula; so the crumbs are evenly distributed on the bottom.
For Filling
In a blender, add evaporated milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, and milk cream. Blend well until the mixture combines completely.
Add sugar, and desolved galatine.
Mix again; pour in the pan, and transfer to the refrigerator to chill.
