Cookie and Cream Cookies

Unique combination of butter, white chocolate chips and big chunks of Oreo cookies and brown sugar.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Granulated Sugar 
  • 100 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 200 g All-Purpose Flour 
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 50 g White Chocolate Chips
  • 5 Oreo

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F—line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour,baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl with an electric or stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix together until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix together until cookie dough forms, then add the chopped cookies and white chocolate chips until evenly dispersed.
  • Scoop cookie dough and round with your hand. Gently press down. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the sides are set. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling wrack.
