- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder Optional
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
- 2/3 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk cream
- 3 Ripe Bananas Mashed
- walnuts To sprinkle
Preheat oven to 170 Degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, and salt.
In another large bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, egg, and milk cream.
Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. (Don't over mix)
Transfer to prepared loaf pan.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let it cool in the pan, then turn it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
