Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder Optional
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk  cream
  • 3 Ripe Bananas Mashed
  • walnuts To sprinkle

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170 Degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, and salt.
  • In another large bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, egg, and milk cream.
  • Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. (Don't over mix)
  • Transfer to prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let it cool in the pan, then turn it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
