Ingredients

  • 500 gram Boneless chicken
  • 1/3 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp  Milk Cream
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Meat Tenderizer
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins.y
  • BBQ or shallow fry in a pan until it’s done.
  • Delicious Malai Boti is ready.
