- 500 gram Boneless chicken
- 1/3 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Milk Cream
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Meat Tenderizer
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
- 1 tbsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Mix all the ingredients well and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins.y
BBQ or shallow fry in a pan until it’s done.
