For Chicken Marination
- 450 g Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Chicken Chilli Dry
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Chopped
- 3 Whole dried red peppers
- 1 big Onion Chopped
- 1 medium Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped
In a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, salt, oil, cornflour, and mix well, cover, and marinate for 30 minutes.
In wok heat cooking oil and fry chicken & set aside.
In a wok add cooking oil, garlic, dry red chilies, and mix well.
Add chicken cook for two minutes.
Add onion and capsicum and mix well.
Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, green chiles, black pepper, and cook until sauce thickens.
Add green onion leaves, and mix.
Serve with rice.
