- 1 cup Warm Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- 120 gram Butter
- 250 gram All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1/4 cup Tutti Frutti
FOR THE ORANGE GLAZE
- 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
- Orange Juice As Needed
FOR THE CAKE
Then add egg and butter in the buttermilk and mix well, whisk until well combined, and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, orange zest, and tutti frutti.
Stir in buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients, followed by the butter until no lumps remain. The batter will be thick.
Pour the mixture in a microwave-safe dish and bake for 6 to 8 minutes (depending on your microwave)
