Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 300 g Chicken Breast
SALSA
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 3 Tbsp Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- As Needed Sour Cream
QUESADILLA
- As Needed Butter
- 50 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese
Directions
CHICKEN TIKKA
- In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala, salt mix well. Add chicken and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
- In a pan heat oil and cook the chicken until tender.( Cut into strips)
FOR SALSA
- Add everything in a bowl mix well and set aside.
FOR TACOS
- Cut the tortilla in round shape and bake until light brown.( It will take 5 minutes)
- Put Chicken strip in the shell then add salsa and top with sour cream. (I usually use labneh instead of Sour cream)
FOR QUESADILLA
- In a pan place tortilla and brush with butter.
- Now add cheese, chicken, salsa, then cheese again and cover with another tortilla.
- Cook both sides for 1 minute or until light brown.
