- 1/2 kg Cucumber
- 2 cups Lukewarm Water
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- In a washed and dry jar add washed cucumbers.
- Fill the jar 1/3 with water and the remaining jar with vinegar, sugar, salt, and mix well.
- Keep the jar outside the fridge for 2 days and then keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
