Quick Cucumber Pickles


  • 1/2 kg Cucumber
  • 2 cups Lukewarm Water
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar


  1. In a washed and dry jar add washed cucumbers.
  2. Fill the jar 1/3 with water and the remaining jar with vinegar, sugar, salt, and mix well.
  3. Keep the jar outside the fridge for 2 days and then keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
