Chicken and Potato Croquettes

These Potato Croquettes are loaded with chicken, stuffed with cheese, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside


  • 250 g Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tbsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 small Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Powder)
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk Cream
  • 50 g Cheese


  1. Boil chicken with green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, and water until chicken is fully cooked, shred the chicken and set aside
  2. In a pan heat some butter and saute the onion then add chicken, crushed red chili, garlic powder, cumin powder, and mix well.
  3. In a bowl add chicken, boiled potatoes, black pepper, salt, cream, cheese and mix well.
  4. Make a small size of croquettes and roll them first in flour then egg and breadcrumbs.
  5.  Deep fry on medium heat until light brown.
