These Potato Croquettes are loaded with chicken, stuffed with cheese, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside
Ingredients
- 250 g Boneless chicken
- 1/2 tbsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin (Powder)
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk Cream
- 50 g Cheese
Directions
- Boil chicken with green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, and water until chicken is fully cooked, shred the chicken and set aside
- In a pan heat some butter and saute the onion then add chicken, crushed red chili, garlic powder, cumin powder, and mix well.
- In a bowl add chicken, boiled potatoes, black pepper, salt, cream, cheese and mix well.
- Make a small size of croquettes and roll them first in flour then egg and breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry on medium heat until light brown.
