I have tried so many no-bake cookies, but these cookies are the best.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter 60g
  • 1 cup  Sugar 200g
  • 1/3 cup Milk 80ml
  • 1&1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder 10g
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter 70g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1&1/2 cup Quick-Cooking Oats 150g

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Place the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  • make sure, butter is melted and everything is well combined.
  •  Bring the mixture to a boil and allow to boil for 60 seconds
  • Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter.
  • Add oats and mix until all of the oats are well coated with the mixture.
  • Drop a cookie scoop of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Allow cooling for 1 - 2 hours.
