- 1 cup Peanut Butter 240g
- 5 tbsp Butter 70g
- 2 cup Powder Sugar 250g
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 200 g Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Cream the peanut butter and butter. Scrape down the bowl and mix again.
Add powdered sugar and mix on low until combined. Scrape down bowl and mix again
Roll into balls, and chill until firm.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or on a double bowler.
Use a toothpick to dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to firm up.
