Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbsp Suagr
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 200 g Puff pastry

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200 C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares
  • Place the pastry on the prepared tray.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on the puff pastry.
  • Place theĀ apple slices on top of the sugar.
  • Bake at 200 C for 20-25 minutes, until the apples are lightly caramelized and the pastry, golden brown.
  • Drizzle some glaze on top and enjoy.
