Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200 C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares
Place the pastry on the prepared tray.
Mix sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on the puff pastry.
Place theĀ apple slices on top of the sugar.
Bake at 200 C for 20-25 minutes, until the apples are lightly caramelized and the pastry, golden brown.
Drizzle some glaze on top and enjoy.
