Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Coco Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Chocolate

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, whisk the cream (1 cup) until it reaches soft peaks.
  • Add sugar and cocoa and whisk until you reach stiff peaks.
  • Add in the chocolate (it should cooled). Fold it in using a spatula each time.
  • Place in serving glasses or decorative tea cups and refrigerate for up to two hours to allow it to set.
  • When you are ready to serve,top with your favourite topping
