Melted Chocolate
Instructions
In a stand mixer, whisk the cream (1 cup) until it reaches soft peaks.
Add sugar and cocoa and whisk until you reach stiff peaks.
Add in the chocolate (it should cooled). Fold it in using a spatula each time.
Place in serving glasses or decorative tea cups and refrigerate for up to two hours to allow it to set.
When you are ready to serve,top with your favourite topping
