The Fahrenheit scale and Celsius scale (also knows as centigrade scale) are common temperature scales used in cooking and baking around the world.

The Conversion formulas also are also handy if you do not have the below chart.

from Fahrenheit to Fahrenheit
Celsius [°C] = ([°F] − 32) × 59 [°F] = [°C] × 95 + 32

Convert Celsius to Fahrenheit: Multiply celsius temp by 9, divide by 5, then add 32.

Convert Fahrenheit to Celsius: Subtract 32 from Fahrenheit, multiply by 5, then divide by 9
